About Weight Loss Coaching

I am prepared to meet you where you are on your journey toward your desired weight or body size. Your program will be personally designed to meet your needs and can work in conjunction with the healthy eating and  fitness program of your choice.

 

I will offer you nutritional information and fitness recommendations from a variety of expert sources, but I will not attempt to sell you any particular nutritional plan or supplements. While I am happy to consult with your doctor, nutritionist or personal trainer, health decisions are always yours to make.

 

What I will do:

  • Help you re-define your relationship with food and with your body;
  • Assist you in interpreting the myriad of available health and fitness information;
  • Support you in creating your personal plan of action to achieve success;
  • Hold you accountable for your commitments;
  • Encourage you to appreciate and make the most of your unique assets while on your quest for self-improvement;
  • Cheer you on;
  • Praise your progress;
  • Celebrate your success;
  • Care.

 

What I will not do:

  • Psychoanalyze you;
  • Tell you what to do;
  • Criticize you;
  • Judge you.

At this 30-minute "getting to know you" session, we will establish the basis of our relationship, identify your starting point and begin mapping your journey toward successful weight loss.

Extended Journey
One-on-one private coaching
One scheduled 30-45-minute session per week per month. Between-session e-mail support. Access to pertinent tools and resources.

*Monthly package available to those who have completed the six-week program and wish to continue their journey.


Shared Success (available in the Hilton Head Island/Bluffton, SC area only)
Group coaching for 2-4 participants with similar goals
Initial one-hour session, followed by one scheduled 30-45-minute session per week.
Between-session e-mail support. Access to pertinent tools and resources.
